Arbor E&T, LLC provides services to youth in South San Diego County. Arbor E&T offers out-of-school youth services that include professional placement, secondary education, occupational skills training, and GED goals. In addition, the South County Career Center will provide universal access services specific to youth, ages 14-21.

SBCS is a 35 year old multi-service organization whose mission is to provide children, youth and families with services which reinforce the family’s role in our community and assist individuals in achieving self-fulfillment.
