Signs Of Life (SOL) is the only community based program in San Diego County providing direct services to Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Late Deafened individuals. SOL is a social model recovery program, with outpatient treatment and residential options offered utilizing qualified staff who can communicate directly in American Sign Language (ASL).
