The Academy of Performing Arts, A.P.A., is committed to offering the best instruction available. Our staff is a carefully selected group of professionals from the Screen Actors Guild, Actors' Equity Association, American Federation of Television & Radio Artists, Dance Companies, and other performing arts organizations. We provide all of the training necessary for the aspiring performing artist to succeed. We also provide classes for those interested in performing arts for enjoyment.

CDSD was established in 1999 and became a 501c3 non-profit organization at the end of 2000, and is San Diego's only Cambodian cultural performance organization. CDSD is made up of Cambodian youth from different schools within San Diego and is organized by a group of volunteered adults. By participating in dancing activities these youth have enhanced their self-esteem and brought schools, parents, and communities together. CDSD is built on professionalism and community
